1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Sachin Cleaning App and website https://sachindeepcleaning.in (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Sachin Deep Cleaning ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above and through the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Scrape, bot, or automate interactions beyond normal app usage
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Impersonate other users or provide false information
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

3. User Accounts

Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access at contact@sachindeepcleaning.in
• Not share your account credentials with others

Account Types

• Registered Users: Full access to all features including order history, saved addresses, and profile management
• Guest Users: Limited access to browse services and place orders with email OTP verification

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with notice. You may delete your account at any time through the Profile section of the app.

4. Service Booking & Delivery

Booking Process

When you book a cleaning service through our app:

• You confirm all service details (address, date, time, scope) are accurate
• You agree to provide safe access to the premises at the scheduled time
• Pets should be secured during service if applicable
• Valuables should be stored safely before service begins
• Prices are as displayed at checkout (including 18% GST)
• A service fee of 5% (minimum ₹50) applies to all orders

Service Scope

• Services are performed as described in the app
• Additional services requested on-site may incur extra charges
• Heavy stain removal or specialized cleaning may require additional fees
• We reserve the right to refuse service for safety or logistical reasons

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

5. Payment Terms

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (18% GST)
• Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets via Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card details
• For COD orders, payment must be made in full before service completion
• Promo codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retroactively
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
• We are not responsible for payment failures due to bank or network issues

6. Refund & Satisfaction Policy

Quality Guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service:

• Report issues within 24 hours of service completion
• We will re-service the affected areas at no additional cost, or
• Provide a partial or full refund based on the issue severity
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Exclusions

• Damage caused by pre-existing conditions or structural issues
• Items not disclosed as fragile or valuable before service
• Dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations beyond service scope
• Cancellations outside the cancellation policy window

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
• We are not responsible for damage to items not disclosed as fragile or valuable
• We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, emergencies)
• You agree to inspect your property before and after service and report issues promptly

Important: Please secure valuables, jewelry, cash, and sensitive documents before our team arrives. We are not responsible for loss of unsecured items.

8. Intellectual Property

The Sachin Cleaning App, including all content, design, logos, text, graphics, images, and code, is owned by or licensed to Sachin Deep Cleaning and protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• The "Sachin Deep Cleaning" name and logo are trademarks owned by us
• Third-party trademarks (Firebase, Razorpay, Google) belong to their respective owners

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party providers:

• Google Firebase: Cloud infrastructure, authentication, analytics
• Razorpay: Payment processing
• Google Maps/Geocoding: Location and address services

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service failures.

10. User Content

By submitting reviews, ratings, photos, or feedback through our Service:

• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use your content for marketing, improvement, and promotional purposes
• You confirm your content is accurate and does not violate any third-party rights
• You agree not to submit false, misleading, or defamatory content
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our privacy practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved as follows:

• Informal Resolution: First, attempt to resolve disputes by contacting us at contact@sachindeepcleaning.in
• Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws
• Jurisdiction: Arbitration shall take place in Gurugram, Haryana, India
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis, not as part of a class action

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sachin Deep Cleaning, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party rights, or (d) any content you submit through the Service.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. App Store Terms

If you downloaded the Sachin Cleaning App from the Google Play Store:

• These Terms are between you and Sachin Deep Cleaning, not with Google
• Google is not responsible for the app or its content
• The app and related documentation are licensed under the Apache 2.0 License where applicable to open-source components
• You must comply with Google Play Terms of Service in addition to these Terms
