Firebase Cloud Services
We use Google Firebase to power our app infrastructure:
- Firebase Authentication - Securely manages your login credentials with industry-standard encryption
- Cloud Firestore - Stores your profile, addresses, orders, and cart data in encrypted databases located in India (asia-south1 region)
- Firebase Storage - Securely stores profile pictures and service images

- Encryption in Transit - All data transmitted between your device and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS encryption

5. Payment Processing
We partner with Razorpay for secure payment processing. When you make a payment:
- Your credit/debit card details are never stored on our servers
- All payment data is processed directly by Razorpay using PCI-DSS compliant systems
- We only store transaction IDs, payment status, and order amount for record-keeping
- Payment methods accepted: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD)
Razorpay's privacy practices are governed by their Privacy Policy.

With your permission, we send push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging for:
- Order confirmations and status updates (cleaner assigned, on the way, service completed)
- Payment confirmations and reminders

You can manage notification preferences in the app's Profile > Settings or through your device's notification settings at any time.
7. Analytics & Crash Reporting
We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymized usage data and app performance metrics:

- App crash logs and error reports
- Device information for compatibility testing

8. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data with:
Service Providers
- Razorpay - Payment processing (transaction data only)
- Google Firebase - Cloud infrastructure, authentication, analytics, and messaging
- Cleaning Service Providers - Your name, phone number, address, and service details are shared with assigned cleaning staff to complete the service
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., court orders, government agencies).
Business Transfers

- Order History: Retained for 3 years for legal and tax compliance
- Transaction Records: Retained for 5 years as required by Indian tax laws
- Deleted Accounts: Personal data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion request, except where legal retention is required
Even after deletion, some anonymized data may be retained for analytics and security purposes.
11. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information immediately.
